Terms & Conditions

All returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus original shipping charges if free shipping was received. No returns are accepted after 14 days from the date of invoice. In order to return products please contact Event Photo Market to receive a RMA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Products must be in new unused condition and all packaging, accessories and paperwork must be included. All returned products will be inspected by Event Photo Market once received and a credit will be issued upon approval. 

All software and digital delivered products are non-returnable.
